Family Practice Clinics

To get your family’s basic medical needs met, Columbia County Health System offers two family practice clinics.  Columbia Family Clinic is located adjacent to Dayton General Hospital; Waitsburg Clinic is located in downtown Waitsburg.  Both clinics have Board Certified Family Practice Physicians, as well as Certified Physician Assistants and nurses, on staff to serve you.  Both clinics bring in various specialists once a month, saving you a needless trip out of the area. With lab and radiology departments located at the hospital, any tests or X-Rays ordered can be done quickly and easily.

Columbia Family Clinic is a full-service family practice clinic staffed with qualified physicians and physicians’ assistants.  Here, walk-ins are welcome, and you can have your choice of a male or female provider.  Columbia Family Clinic is conveniently located adjacent to Dayton General Hospital, so should you need X-Rays or lab tests, it’s simply a walk next door.
