Columbia County Health System, in keeping with our Mission Statement to promote the health and well-being of our region, operates the Booker Rest Home, which is attached to the hospital. Booker Rest Home is a 46-bed long-term care facility with both private and semi-private rooms. Licensed nursing and personal care is provided 24 hours a day in a friendly, home-like setting, to residents on a long-term or respite basis. Physical therapy, restorative therapy, dementia care, social services, laboratory, and radiology services are provided. Booker Rest Home has a vibrant Activities Department which keeps residents involved in rewarding activities in the facility and out in the community. Medical care is provided by Columbia County Health System medical providers. The resident dining room overlooks a huge fenced Booker Rest Home park bordering the Touchet River.
